Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support checkout operations at our Auckland store. You will deliver speedy service, help customers feel valued, and maintain a neat, organized workspace while learning our POS system.

Ideally, you have customer-facing experience and a positive attitude, with the ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced retail setting. Friday and Saturday shifts are available.

Hours Of Work Are

• Friday & Saturday 8:00am- 3:30pm

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive speedy service at the checkout, while also making them feel appreciated and valued.

As someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, you're able to maintain our high service standards without compromising efficiency. You've got endless patience and a knack for problem-solving, so even the most challenging situations don't fluster you.

Your organizational skills are second to none, and you understand that a tidy workspace is essential for success. And when it comes to technology and systems, you're a quick learner who's always eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you had some experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, but it's not essential. Good communication skills are required, and a positive attitude is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
