Qualifications

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum five years' experience, ideally in public practice.
• Strong technical capability across compliance, taxation and advisory.
• Experience coaching others and developing people.
• Commercial, client-focused with owner/decision-maker contact.
• Energetic, organised and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support a team of accountants.
• Review and oversee compliance work, including annual accounts and tax returns.
• Provide taxation and business advisory support to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted adviser.
• Support workflow, quality control, deadlines and team development.
