Our busyand well-equipped High Dependency/Acute Assessment Unit (HDU/AAU) is closelyco-located with our Emergency Department at Wairau Hospital.We provide asupportive and nurturing workplace to assist staff to meet the challenges ofthis diverse area, at the frontline of the acute health care service.

You will have astrong record of transformational leadership, clinical mentorship, effectivechange management and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You will bepart of an effective senior nursing team developing and leading models of care,process, policy and guidelines relating to this client group.
