We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major technology transformation programme. Reporting into senior leadership and embedded within the Programme, you’ll play a key role in supporting a large number of employees through significant change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure organisation-wide readiness
• Partner with BAs and project teams to confirm impacts and align solutions
• Lead comms and training to build awareness and adoption
