In This Role, You Will

• Deliver OCM services using Fusion5’s proven framework
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed change strategies
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead change initiatives across diverse industries
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal capability building
• Support presales activities and contribute to solution design
• Workshop outcomes with customers acting as a lead consultant when required
• Produce proposals for customers with associated high-level costing
• Capture requirements through “value chain modelling” and other industry techniques
• Produce business insights and consult with business/executive stakeholders unlocking business and change opportunity
• Collaborate to bring together business change concepts with delivery technical teams/consultants representing high value to the customer.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5-7 years of experience in OCM consulting, SI consulting, leading consulting projects, and/or leading business readiness/change management engagements
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• OCM certification from a recognised institution
• Ability to influence and lead change at all levels.
