Ballantynes is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead the Chanel Cosmetic House at our Christchurch store. You will manage a cosmetics counter, coach one team member, mentor, and drive exceptional service and sales.

You will bring cosmetic retail experience and leadership, with a professional presentation and a passion for beauty, delivering outstanding customer care and meeting targets in a high-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor one team member while managing the Chanel Cosmetic House counter
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and stock levels across the counter
• Attend product training sessions to expand knowledge and drive sales
• Embrace Ballantynes’ culture and collaborate with the wider cosmetics team
• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead our team on the luxurious Chanel Cosmetic House where timeless fragrances, skincare and make up will transport you to a world of sheer opulence and beauty!

Your passion for style and beauty, along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a demanding cosmetics counter.

Youwillhave a passion for prestigious cosmetic products, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets.You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.

You will be working alongside one other team member who you will enjoy mentoring and training. You will embrace the positive culture that Ballantynes offers and create a harmonious workspace for all to grow and learn from.

You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.

Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday, 36.75 hours per week.

To be the successful applicant for this position, previous cosmetics retail experience with proven sales skills is essential, at Counter Manager level.

Applicants must have current eligibility to work in New Zealand.
