Kidiwise is a unique, semi-rural ECE centre set on 3 acres of native bush in Bethlehem. We’re looking for a passionate, qualified toddler teacher to join our Moreporks classroom (ages 2–3 years) on a fixed-term, 7-month maternity cover contract.

Our tamariki enjoy bush walks in our very own ngahere, pony rides, spa pool sessions, a science room, and lots of outdoor play. We’re big on nature, animals, community, and creating a calm, caring environment for both children and teachers.

This position is a 7-month fixed-term role, covering maternity leave from the 3rd of November

You’ll need to be:

• ECE qualified and registered (provisional or full)
• Experienced with toddlers (2–3 years)
• Nurturing, calm, and a great communicator
• A New Zealand resident or hold a valid work visa
• Currently residing in New Zealand
• Passionate about nature and the outdoors
