Overview

Otago Youth Wellness Trust (OYWT) is a social service organisation supporting rangatahi with high and multiple needs. The organisation values rangatahi wellbeing, equal opportunity, and meaningful participation in their communities. We are seeking a visionary and values-driven Kaihautū/CEO to lead the organisation in Dunedin, guiding a passionate team and working with a committed Board.

About the Role

As Kaihautū/CEO, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the Trust. You’ll oversee service delivery, financial sustainability, staff wellbeing, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our wraparound support model continues to thrive.
