With our current centre manager relocating, we’re looking for a motivated and capable individual to take on this key leadership role and continue driving the centre’s success.

The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role:

  • An inspirational leader with an innate ability to further develop & lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services.
  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous leadership experience is a must.
  • Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles ofTe Whāriki.
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics.
  • A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels.
