• Leading, mentoring, and growing a passionate teaching team
• Building strong, authentic relationships with tamariki, whānau and the wider community

• Keeping compliance, planning, and assessment running smoothly
• Ensuring the centre continues to thrive as a high-performing, heart-led space.

What we're looking for:

• Bed/Dip Teaching (Level 7) ECE or Primary
