Centre Manager

About the Role:

This purpose-built centre is licensed for 100 children and committed to delivering top-notch education while nurturing a strong community. We are looking for a vibrant leader with expertise in curriculum development, a team-oriented approach, and a passion for cultivating a positive and thriving team culture. If you are an experienced Centre Manager seeking a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

You will play a pivotal role in the centre's success, working alongside a dedicated team and reporting to an Area Manager. Your passion for delivering exceptional learning outcomes, building strong relationships, and driving team excellence will be key.

Position Details:

This is a permanent, full-time position - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Bring:
  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teaching Certification
  • Deep understanding of child-led curriculum and pedagogical leadership
  • Knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in daily practice
  • Proven coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
  • Innovative thinking with a focus on system improvement
