About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team in a role focused on technical support, counter sales, and some dispatch. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product advice and basic troubleshooting, handling over-the-counter enquiries, and preparing and dispatching orders. Stock control is part of the role, managed within our warm, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with counter sales and customer service
  • Help with basic product configuration prior to dispatch (training provided)
  • Support order dispatch and maintain organized stock areas

What We're Looking For

  • A strong interest in technology, especially CCTV, safety equipment, and vehicle telematics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or sales is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
