Job summary

WM NZ Limited in New Zealand is seeking a Weighbridge & Customer Service Assistant for a casual, ad hoc role. You will process weighbridge transactions, assist customers, and provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key duties include inbound material processing, directing site traffic, delivering excellent service, keeping reception and weighbridge areas tidy, and complying with HSEQ requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Confident with numbers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound materials to site, ensuring correct pricing, payment and transaction recording through weighbridge and gate-rate systems.
• Direct site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Keep the weighbridge, reception, and office areas clean, tidy, and professional.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
