MASH Trust is seeking reliable Casual Support Workers to cover wakeover shifts in Palmerston North. You’ll help ensure the people we support stay safe and comfortable overnight, showing empathy, patience, and strong communication.

Training is provided, and a supportive team culture helps you grow within the role. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with a Full NZ Driver Licence being essential for driving a MASH van as part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Overnight wakeover shifts across two locations in Palmerston North
• Help keep the people we support safe and comfortable overnight
• Provide personal cares, showers and grooming as needed
• Maintain clear communication with the team and supervisors
