Qualifications

• NZ security unit standards 27364, 27360, 27361 and eligibility for vetting clearance.
• Proven experience in security, customer service or service-oriented roles.
• Articulate with strong written and spoken English and clear incident reporting.
• Reliable, professional, detail-focused, able to work independently under pressure.

About you:

• Hold relevant NZ security unit standards (27364, 27360,27361) and be eligible for vetting clearance.
• Proven experience in security, customer service or service-oriented role.
• Articulate with strong written and spoken English skills, including clear communication and accurate incident reporting.
• Reliable, professional and detail focused with ability to work independently under pressure.
• Flexible, well-presented and customer focused with a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks, including:

• Driver’s License, Credit Checks, Ministry of Justice Criminal History and Immigration checks.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand and currently reside in the Tauranga region.
• Hold or has the ability to obtain a current Certificate of Approval (COA).
