Selwyn Bureau is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis to work at Selwyn Village, Point Chevalier.

If you are looking for some extra shifts or you're looking to return to work or come out of retirement, then look no further! If you are wanting to pick up the odd shift or two and would like to work according to your availability, then Selwyn Village can offer you EXACTLY that! Your shifts will involve:

  • Providing the best possible care for our residents that you would want for your family members
  • Working as a team to ensure all of our resident\'s day-to-day needs are taken care of
  • Working closely with Clinical Managers and Care Partners ensuring wrap-around care
  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Minimum of three years aged care nursing experience in New Zealand
  • Experience in clinical assessment and observation skills
  • Proven passion and desire to provide excellent and holistic patient care
  • Sound clinical knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Computer savvy
