Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley is seeking casual district nurses to join our Wellington team. These roles offer flexible shifts with no guaranteed hours, ideal for nurses balancing other commitments.

You’ll provide home-based care in the community, with autonomy and variety, in a supportive team environment. Applicants should hold a current Annual Practising Certificate with the NZ Nursing Council and have experience in district/community nursing.

Qualifikationen

• Current Annual Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse with the NZ Nursing Council.
• Five years' clinical nursing experience is preferred for community roles.

Aufgaben

• Provide home-based district nursing and care including wound and IV therapy.
• Deliver palliative and stoma/incontinence care as part of the home care team.
• Coordinate with GPs and HCAs to develop and implement patient care plans.
