Job summary
Canstaff is seeking an experienced carpenter to work on site in Canterbury, Christchurch. You will perform on-the-tools carpentry tasks with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork.
This full-time permanent position offers a relocation package including visa and immigration assistance, accommodation sourcing, airport pickup and NZ bank account setup. Benefits include extra leave, sabbatical options and sick pay. Hourly rate ranges from $35–$45 plus holiday pay.
Qualifications
- 3+ years post-trade experience in Rough or Finishing Carpentry, Formwork, Shuttering, Joinery, Cabinetmaking, or Shopfitting.
- Trade Qualified Carpenter OR time served Carpenter.
- Contactable work references essential.
