Job summary

Ryman Healthcare in Hamilton is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate support to residents. Roles include building relationships with residents and families, following individual care plans, and using the myRyman app to ensure quality care.

You will work with a supportive team to create a positive environment. Experience in aged care is welcome but not essential; NZ work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care preferred but not essential.
• Must have New Zealand work rights.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Linda Jones Retirement Village, 1775 River Road, Flagstaff, Hamilton, 3210 as a Caregiver. We have a Part Time, position available working 1600-2100 and Sunday to Wednesday & 0730-1300 on Sunday.

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residentsand their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleaguescreating a great team environment

We'd love you to have experience working in Aged care, but that's not essential.
