The University of Auckland is seeking a Career Development and Employability Services Consultant to join the CDES team within SaSS. You will deliver career development expertise to faculties and service divisions, helping students build career literacy and graduate capabilities.
You will design, deliver, and evaluate innovative employability initiatives, run workshops, coaching sessions, and events for diverse student groups, including Māori, Pacific, international and postgraduate students, to

- Experience providing career development coaching or counselling to diverse student groups.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for large audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering career development programmes.
- Knowledge of graduate recruitment and labour market trends.
Responsabilidades
- Provide career development expertise to faculties and service divisions.
- Design, deliver and evaluate innovative employability initiatives.
- Deliver workshops, coaching, online resources, and events for students.
- Collaborate with staff, employers and external partners to enhance outcomes.
- Support diverse student groups including Māori and Pacific.
