A leading educational provider seeks a Campus Manager to oversee its Land Based Training campus in Hawkes Bay. This full-time position involves managing operations, supporting student success, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Campus Manager to lead our Land Based Training campus in Hawkes Bay. We have a focus in Hawkes Bay on Pest Control, Horticulture, Agriculture and L2 Vocational Pathways (through Hort, Ag and Civil and Building). This is your chance to combine your leadership, operations, and people skills to drive real results in vocational education.
As Campus Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the campus—including sales, learner outcomes, staff leadership, and ensuring our quality and compliance standards are met. Your leadership will play a key role in supporting learners on their journey to meaningful employment or higher learning.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Hawkes Bay.
