• Expérience en hôtellerie, idéalement dans un café ou rôle axé sur le café.
• Capacité à communiquer avec confiance avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
• Motivé, organisé et désireux d'apprendre davantage.

Café Supervisor - Robert Harris, Freeman’s Bay

Full-time | Monday to Friday | No weekends or late nights

About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Café Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day operations of our flagship Robert Harris café in Freeman’s Bay. This is a chance to take the next step in your hospitality career - guiding a small, close-knit team and shaping the experience for our loyal weekday customers.

If you’ve been running shifts, training new team members, or managing FOH in a café environment, and you’re ready to take on more - this is the next step you’ve been waiting for.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading by example on shift -calm under pressure and great with people
• Helping build a positive team culture and smooth daily operations
• Managing morning rushes and keeping standards high throughout the day
• Supporting roster planning, customer experience, and service flow
• Representing the Robert Harris brand with professionalism and pride

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience (ideally in a café or coffee-focused role)
• Is a strong communicator - confident with customers and team members alike
• Can juggle pace, people, and product without losing focus on the customer
• Is ready to step up - motivated, organised, and eager to learn more
