Qualifications

• 5–10+ years’ experience in Land Development
• Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Survey Technician
• Member or eligible member of Survey & Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) a bonus
• NZ citizen or resident with a full NZ driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Cadastral, subdivision, rural, and infrastructure surveying
• Field and office work depending on experience and preference
• Direct client interaction and end‑to‑end project involvement
• Support and mentoring for those working toward LCS registration
• Genuine flexibility and trust once you’ve proven yourself
