Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a Buyers Assistant to support Apparel, Footwear, Underwear and Home categories. You’ll assist Buyers with admin, coordination and purchasing activities from suppliers through to stores.

You’ll coordinate samples, maintain product data and manage purchase orders, helping ensure promotions and category initiatives are delivered on time. Ideal candidates have retail or admin experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, administration or coordination roles.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and supplier relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Buyers with day-to-day administration and coordination across Apparel, Footwear, Underwear and Home categories.
• Maintain accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, SKUs and barcode data across systems.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring deadlines and critical path activities are delivered on time.
• Coordinate product samples and support photography, marketing and promotional needs.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders as a point of contact for category queries.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment with high accuracy.
