Are you an experienced business support leader who thrives on keeping admin and general office systems running smoothly and enabling others to succeed?

Meister Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Support Manager to oversee our administration team and ensure the seamless delivery of business support functions across the diverse operations of the Meister Group.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll lead a small admin team while taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing administration, ICT systems, and compliance processes
  • Overseeing contracts, payroll, and policy development
  • Driving efficiency by streamlining systems and introducing innovative solutions
  • Ensuring robust health, safety, and environmental practices across the Group

This will be a key role in our organisation combining leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. You’ll play a vital part in making sure our people can focus on achieving operational and strategic goals, knowing that business support is taken care of.

About You

We’re looking for a business support professional who brings:

  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, payroll, HR, compliance, and policy preparation
  • High proficiency with ICT systems and business software
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A high level of initiative and drive, with a results-oriented approach

Experience in workflow management systems or app development would be an advantage.
