About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and enthusiastic Business Support Coordinator to join our Organisational Services team at our Active+ National Support Office. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday that offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a real impact across the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Organisational Services team and providing executive assistance to our CEO and executive leadership team. You’ll support key business functions including digital services & projects, health and safety, property, and operations, providing coordination and admin support across the board. From organising events and managing day-to-day tasks to assisting with executive support and internal projects, you’ll help keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a team environment, enjoys the details, is digitally proficient, and has a growth mindset. You’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals and have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Digitally proficient, confident using modern business platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across different teams and functions in a fast-paced environment

  • Healthcare experience – previous experience in a healthcare, medical reception, or rehabilitation setting is a bonus and highly valued
