Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Audit division. This role supports senior stakeholders, coordinates diaries, travel, events and prepares documents to enable smooth operations.

Hybrid role with onboarding in person, followed by a flexible mix of office, client, and home working. You will collaborate with the Business Enablement team to deliver high-quality work and contribute to the firm's success.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle curve balls.

Responsibilities

The opportunity:
  • As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes for our Audit division.
Day to day you will:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Audit division.

Please note this is a hybrid position, however during the initial onboarding and training period, an in-person presence is required. Following this, team members are able to transition to our hybrid working approach.
