Our Manchester Street, Christchurch branch is seeking a switched on and helpful Business Services Support professional to provide front-line IT support and excellent customer service. You will be Habit Health’s go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues as they arise, and managing user/service requests.

We are looking for an experienced help desk professional who desires growth and development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 IT support: P1 and P2 ticket management, 3rd party escalations, grey area diagnosis, in-depth documentation development
  • Compile reports to support analysis of service requests
  • Data analysis

The Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant tertiary ICT qualifications
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years’ experience in desktop support, IT maintenance, etc.
