Role Overview:

As a Business Improvement Coordinator, you will support process improvement initiatives, coordinate sponsorship campaigns and events, and provide flexible support to E-commerce, Marketing, and Store teams to help drive operational efficiency and successful execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of business improvement initiatives by assisting with data analysis, coordinating process changes, and contributing to efforts that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Coordinate and manage sponsorship campaigns and related events in alignment with the scheduled plans.
  • Provide flexible, ad hoc support to E-commerce Operations, Marketing, and Retail Stores, particularly in the planning and execution of events as required.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with business process improvement methodologies
  • Must have hands-on experience using SAP
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to interpret details while seeing the bigger picture
  • Capable of documenting and visualizing processes
