As the Business Manager - FSNI, you’ll lead the strategic partnership with FSNI, driving commercial performance and delivering joint business plans that unlock long-term mutual value. This is a pivotal role within the grocery channel, offering significant scope for growth and career progression for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the Foodstuffs North Island relationship at all levels and departments to execute collaborative joint business plans, promotional strategies and range reviews that unlock customer and category growth
  • Develop account plans to deliver volume, revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, category, finance and field teams to deliver effective customer solutions and ensure best in class execution.
  • Analyse performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making, promotional planning and forecasting.
  • Coach and support a Key Account Executive to deliver team goals and build capability.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior Key Account Manager or Business Manager role within a grocery-focused FMCG organisation (Liquor not required)
  • Deep understanding of the New Zealand FMCG landscape preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships, developing Joint Business Plans and delivering growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
