As our Business Development Manager you will be the engine driving growth in IXOM’s Food & Beverage division across New Zealand. In this varied role you will engage new and existing customers, develop compelling business proposals, and showcase our innovative technologies and unrivalled supply record. You'll lead the way showcasing the IXOM value proposition in Food & Beverage hygiene in direct and indirect channels. With a key focus on cleaning & sanitation solutions, you will strive to help our customers link the compelling IXOM product offering with delivery of exceptional hygiene standards in food manufacturing.
This role is all about growing relationships, revenue and the IXOM brand. To be successful in this role you will be an outstanding communicator who thrives on winning new business and owning the relationship of those customers. In addition to securing new business you will lead the engagement of large corporate accounts. If you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospective and current customers as well as showing evidence of strong negotiating and influencing skills this exciting role could suit you.
