Primary ITO seeks a seasoned Business Development lead to drive growth in agriculture sectors in New Zealand. You will build and manage strategic relationships and collaborate across teams to support learners and employers.

You will guide engagement with agriculture businesses, develop training solutions tailored to customer needs, and help plan annual business strategies with senior stakeholders. This role offers hybrid locations across New Zealand.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading business development and growth initiatives in a professional setting.
• Experience in the education sector and/or vocational learning environments with a credible reputation.
• Experience partnering with agriculture businesses and/or commercial environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About The Role

This role will lead and support business development with existing and new agriculture businesses, through strong relationship building and collaboration.

In this role you would:

• Build and enhance the profile of Primary ITO and providing the strategic direction for our engagement with agriculture businesses
• Help the business to deliver sound outcomes for agriculture learners
• Recommend, develop and implement the training solutions for our customers, based on understanding their business training needs.
• Facilitate discussions and planning of annual business plans

Location

This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) with ideal locations being Hamilton/Waikato, Ashburton/Canterbury and Invercargill/Southland but this role has a flexible location based within New Zealand.
