Overview

Business Development and Product Manager

Are you driven, experienced in Agri-machinery sales, and ready to grow with a business that's serious about success?

Muster are working with Diesel-Tech Machinery, a dynamic, fast growing, privately owned distributor in the agricultural sector to appoint a Business Development and Product Manager.

This is a diverse, senior-level role with a strong mix of sales, product development, and strategic market input.

You'll be the connection between their 6 European manufacturing partners and the NZ market, owning product categories and driving business growth across regions.

The role will suit someone who thrives on variety, can build relationships quickly, and knows how to turn opportunity into results.

We're open to Canterbury or Waikato based candidates depending on product focus and regional demand. Flexibility is key - some products perform best in the North Island, others in the South.

Key Responsibilities
