12 Month hourly rate contract!
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the successful delivery of a complex, multi-project transformation initiative. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure change is well understood, engagement is high, and user readiness is achieved.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies across multiple digital initiatives
  • Partner with Project Managers to embed change activities into project delivery
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communications to build buy-in and reduce resistance
  • Coordinate user readiness initiatives including training, materials, and feedback channels
  • Track and report on adoption, readiness, and overall change effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change agility within the organisation
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in leading change across large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with varied change impacts
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci (desirable)
  • A practical, people-first approach and the confidence to engage across all organisational levels
