Qualifications

• Fähigkeit, Workshops für Kunden/Interessenten zu organisieren und durchzuführen.
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumenten.

Responsibilities

• Technische und prozessuale Empfehlungen für bestehende Kunden geben.
• Support für Kunden, die ihre Softwarepakete anpassen oder erweitern möchten.
• Anforderungen durch Workshops mit Interessenten ermitteln.

• Provide technical and process recommendations to existing clients
• Support clients who are looking to customise or add functionality to their software packages
• Maintain an understanding of key market & regulatory changes in the New Zealand energy sector
• Assist with the creation of technical documentation for prospects
• Attend pre-sales meetings to gather high-level customer requirements
• Plan requirements gathering workshops in conjunction with prospects
• Lead and manage workshops to ensure requirements are accurately captured
• Create requirements documentation
• Develop a working knowledge of key Robotron platforms
• Carry out simple configuration activities to assist development teams and / or clients where required
• Advise clients on Robotron products and functionality
• Maintain regular and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for up-selling / cross-selling Robotron products to existing clients
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity at all times
• Ensure Robotron Health & Safety policies are followed
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal and team safety
• Ensure compliance with client Health & Safety procedures
