We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a dynamic Product and Innovation Team within a leading organization specializing in data-driven financial services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational strategies, policies, and practices by providing robust, innovative, yet prudent support for technology and systems.

The Role

As a member of the team, your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with the software development team to support the organization's technology and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and technical processes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create functional specifications for solutions.
• Consulting and making necessary changes to Business Process and Design.
• Identifying product improvements and innovative solutions.
• Assisting with the implementation and testing of solutions.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a customer support/help system.
• Upholding health and safety obligations, including the well-being of colleagues.

What You\'ll Bring

Technical Skills

• A curious mindset focused on understanding how data-driven products work, including happy paths and edge cases.
• Ability to clearly explain analytical findings and present options for delivering business objectives.
• Solid technical understanding of software (e.g., applications, data, integration, databases, business systems, APIs).
• Strong ability to carry out business and solution requirements: research, gathering, documentation, development, testing, and support.
• A strong analytical and critical thinking approach.

Project Management

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall practices and delivery models.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of Project Management practices.
• Some experience in Change Management processes.
