Job summary

Tranzit Group, a long-standing Kiwi-owned transport and tourism company, is seeking part-time and casual charter drivers for the Wairarapa region. Join a team with almost 100 years in the industry and help serve international visitors this summer.

We run full training with a supportive team, and we can assist with upskilling to Class 4 if needed. Applicants must be able to pass a medical and police check and have the right to work in NZ.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and excellent communicator.
• A confident driver with strong health and safety focus.
• Class 4 preferred or willing to upskill (assistance available).
• P Endorsement is preferred, but we can assist with obtaining it.
• Ability to pass a medical and police check.

Tranzit Group is an award-winning, fourth generation family owned transport and tourism company operating throughout Aotearoa, New Zealand. Our Wairarapa depot, located in Masterton offers a range of transport services to our community. We are gearing up for another busy summer here in the beautiful Wairarapa region and we have driving opportunities for, part time and casual charter drivers. This is a great opportunity for a student, someone who is semi-retired and everyone in between.

We are looking for:

• A positive attitude, excellent communicator and enjoys talking to people
• A confident driver with a high regard for health and safety
• A Class 4 is preferred or a Class 2 that is willing to upskill to a Class 4 (We can assist with this!)
• A P Endorsement is preferred, but we can assist you to obtain this
• Ability to pass a medical and police check
