A leading advisory firm in Wellington is seeking an experienced professional in ICT Building Technologies. This role involves leading the growth in Building Technologies, supporting project delivery, and mentoring junior engineers. The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic environment and contribute to strategic initiatives across the region. A relevant degree and consulting experience are essential.
You will have experience in ICT Building Technologies with a relevant tertiary degree and ideally come from a consulting background. You’ll be passionate about developing networks and client relationships, and able to work effectively within our project teams. You’ll demonstrate proactive and positive problem-solving skills.
You’ll be keen to take a leading role in this space, managing clients and evolving workstreams. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy diverse interactions. You’ll also enjoy mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical development as part of growing a high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll lead the growth of our Building Technologies presence in Wellington, support national and international project delivery, develop our service offering and team capability, and contribute to strategic initiatives across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects that will challenge your knowledge and skills in ICT Digital and Building Technologies strategy and planning.
