We are currently looking for an administrative superstar to join our team as a Broker Associate to join our team based in Dunedin. Your exceptional attention to detail will be crucial in providing administrative support to our brokers and assisting clients with their account, coverage, and policy inquiries. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will need to be confident, proactive, adaptable, and resilient. These traits will enable you to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to think on your feet and make quick, informed decisions will be crucial in this role. We value enthusiasm and a passion for learning, although previous insurance experience would be an advantage, it is not required as we will provide full training and support to ensure your success in the role.
