Structural Project Engineer

Are you ready to advance your structural engineering career? Our Tennessee division seeks a licensed PE in Tennessee with a passion for bridge and retaining wall design. If you seek responsibility, complex challenges, and a team that fosters growth, you might be the right candidate.

Location

Work out of our Franklin or Nashville offices on a hybrid schedule.

The Impact You Will Have
  • Prepare and review structural and geometrical calculations for bridge projects
  • Lead and review work of structural designers
  • Develop plans, specifications, estimates, and reports
  • Perform modeling and analysis
  • Review and sign off on design calculations and plan elements
  • Model, analyze, and design project elements, coordinating with disciplines
  • Work independently to develop deliverables
What We Are Looking For
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • PE License in Tennessee or ability to obtain via reciprocity
  • At least 4 years of bridge design experience
  • Experience with TDOT and local municipalities is a plus
  • Proficiency in Bentley CAD and structural software
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver quality work on time and within budget
