Job summary

A leading New Zealand labour provider is seeking experienced bricklayers for various roles across Auckland. Candidates will be responsible for laying concrete blocks and bricks, constructing masonry features, and must possess a Site Safe Certificate or willingness to obtain one. The role offers competitive pay of $30–$40 per hour with ongoing, consistent work and PPE supplied. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work required.
• Must have a Site Safe Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa) is essential.

• Work from plans and blueprints, cutting, measuring, and shaping materials.

About the Role

We have a range of bricklaying roles available, including:

• Laying concrete blocks and bricks for walls, foundations, and structures
• Constructing retaining walls, boundary walls, and other masonry features
• Working from plans and blueprints, cutting, measuring, and shaping materials

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work
• Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and lay blocks/bricks to specification
• Site Safe Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Team player with good communication skills

You Will Also Have

• Reliable transport to get to and from site
• Right to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
