Job summary

New Zealand Media and Entertainment is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the Jono, Ben and Megan breakfast show on The Hits. You will shape the sound, strategy and success, working closely with hosts, the Content Director and the wider team to bring ideas, promotions and partnerships to life.

You’ll source and produce content, coordinate guests and competitions, support the hosts on and off air, and ensure alignment with the eyes-to-ears digital strategy while collaborating with the

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in radio or a similar media environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with live, fast-paced broadcasting.
• Proficiency with broadcast/audio editing tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Source and produce content, coordinate guests, callers and competitions.
