Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment (Commis or Demi level).
• Breakfast service experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast service, including buffet and made-to-order items.
• Arrive early to prep the kitchen and ensure a smooth breakfast opening.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklists and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support stock control, storage, and wastage minimisation.
• Collaborate with wider kitchen and hotel teams.
• Maintain safety standards in line with food safety guidelines.
