Job summary

KiwiQuest in Auckland is seeking energetic brand ambassadors for events, activations and pop-ups. You will engage customers, promote brands and create memorable interactions.

Role involves demos, sampling, giveaways and activations, plus setting up and packing down spaces. Flexible weekdays/weekends; weekly pay via Sidekicker and KiwiSaver included.

Qualifications

• Confident, outgoing and enjoys talking to strangers.
• High energy with a professional presence.
• Reliable, punctual; clients rely on you.
• Comfortable working independently when briefed.
• Available weekdays and weekends; shifts vary per event.
• Promo, events, retail or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Casual, flexible shifts to fit around study or other work.

Sidekicker connects outgoing, people-loving Brand Ambassadors with a range of clients at multiple locations across Auckland for events, activations and pop-ups

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers and promoting brands in a fun, high-energy way
• Running product demos, sampling, giveaways or activations
• Creating great customer interactions that get people talking about the brand
• Setting up and packing down event spaces
• Tracking feedback, leads or engagement where required

Requirements

• Confident, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy talking to strangers

• Reliable and punctual - clients are relying on you to represent them
• Comfortable working independently once briefed
• Available across weekdays and weekends (varies per event)
• Previous promo, events, retail or hospitality experience helpful, but not required
• Casual, flexible shifts you can pick up around study or other work - we fit around YOUR schedule
