Job summary

HYPER Activate is seeking brand ambassadors for a digital backpack activation in Auckland CBD. You’ll be the face of well-known brands, handing out samples and creating memorable moments while gaining real-world marketing experience.

Flexible shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, with paid training and hourly pay of NZD 26–28 depending on experience. This casual, on-site role suits students or individuals seeking variety in their week and paying opportunities.

We are looking for awesome brand ambassadors for a digital backpack activation for a new store opening in Auckland CBD. You must be available to work on the following days and times:

Wednesday 16th September 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday 17th September 7am - 10am

$26 per hour | 6 hours total across total 2 days

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the face of well-known brands

• Chat with customers and create memorable brand moments
• Represent major names like McCain, DeLonghi, Hubbard’s, Talley’s and more
• Gain hands‑on marketing experience and campaign insights
• No boring desk shifts here — every day is different.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves talking to people (and isn’t shy about starting conversations)
• Is reliable and can manage their time independently
• Has a genuine interest in FMCG brands
• Has a Restricted or Full NZ Driver’s Licence + access to a car
• Bonus points: Previous brand ambassador experience or a current Safe In-Store Pass.
