Job summary

Citycare Water in Timaru is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our local maintenance contracts and water infrastructure services. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive safe, efficient delivery while building strong client partnerships.

The role requires proven management experience, leading teams of 20+ staff, and a solid understanding of Three Waters. We offer a supportive culture, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven operational or contract management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more staff members.
• A relevant management or technical qualification, ideally the New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (or an equivalent credential).
• In‑depth understanding of the Three Waters network and the wider water industry.
• Demonstrated success delivering contracts to time, budget, and quality.
• Extensive health, safety and environmental experience.
