The Job

Bookkeeping Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform bookkeeping duties such as processing invoices, bank reconciliations, contacting suppliers, paying bills, and filing.
  2. Assist with payroll tasks including balancing time punches, uploading data to payroll software, and creating ROEs, T4s, etc.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  4. Manage inventory supplies and order replacements as needed.
  5. Provide administrative or clerical support to other departments as required.
