A prominent educational institution in Auckland is seeking a passionate science teacher to inspire students in biology. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, innovative teaching methods, and a true passion for biology. Experience in a multicultural setting and involvement in extracurricular activities are desirable. This position starts in term one, 2026.

We are seeking an innovative, highly relational, and effective educator to inspire our learners in biology and science. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and excellent communicator, capable of delivering motivational and differentiated lessons that cater to diverse abilities. They will also process a strong passion for biology and the desire to ignite students’ interest in this subject. This role requires strength in teaching biology, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Our faculty is resourced and you would be joining a cohesive and motivated team.
A particular interest in girls’ education, experience in working in a diverse multicultural environment and a willingness to be involved with our school’s extra-curricular programme will be added advantages.
