Are you a passionate bike mechanic with rental experience? Are you looking for the perfect summer job? We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mountain Bike Mechanic to join our team at Cardrona Bike Park to ensure our guests enjoy their rides to the fullest.

• Performing maintenance and repairs on Cardrona's rental bike fleet.
• Assisting guests in finding the perfect fit with rental mountain bikes and protective gear, delivering a friendly and helpful customer experience.
• Providing technical information and recommendations to guests regarding equipment upgrades.
• Occasionally assisting with the maintenance and repairs of the Carting fleet.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a bike mechanic or workshop technician role.
• A passion for mountain biking and a strong understanding of bike maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner.
• Sales experience and the ability to accurately process transactions.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
