About the role
We’re looking for a BI Developer who can bridge the gap between marketing and data. In this role you’ll design and deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that directly support campaign performance, customer segmentation, and marketing funnel optimisation. You’ll work closely with marketing teams, helping to translate their questions into data solutions and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and developing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support marketing initiatives
  • Building and maintaining SQL queries and data models for campaign and customer analysis
  • Providing insights on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and customer journeys
  • Working with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Bright Pattern, and Monday.com
  • Partnering with marketers to translate business questions into data-driven solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role with marketing exposure
  • Strong SQL and Power BI skills
  • Ability to work with marketing metrics such as campaign performance, segmentation, and funnel analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bright Pattern) is an advantage
